Forms
Contact and support forms send your name, email, message and optionally phone, organisation and selected areas. Data goes to a PHP script on our hosting and is sent by email to our corporate mailbox. We use it only to answer the enquiry and carry out related work.
Hosting and mail
The site is hosted by a hosting provider whose mail service processes email. Like any server, hosting may keep technical logs (such as request IP addresses) under its own rules.
Abuse protection
To limit spam, the form script stores a pseudonymous hash of the IP address and an attempt counter in a temporary server file for 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted during later requests. The script does not log message contents.
Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to answer, provide the service and meet legal obligations. Specific periods must be confirmed by the site owner; we don't invent them here.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the corporate address. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Changes
If processing changes, we will update this page. The site owner should review this text before publication.
